We as Nordic Taxi company would like to make a friendly statement about our terms and conditions of booking our service.

BOOKING:
You can make your booking on our website rovaniemenliikenne.fi or by contacting us at sales@rovaniemenliikenne.fi or +358405740030

You can book a fixed price taxi journey (Rovaniemi, Luosto, Levi, Ranua zoo), and pay it online after receiving an email with confirmation number from us. Online paying options are PayPal + card payments via Stripe (debit & credit). Our online payments are totally secured (SSL).

You can also book any other kind of taxi trip around Rovaniemi area, and pay it later while in taxi.

Rates are in euro (€). VAT 10% included.

CONFIRMATION:
You will always receive a confirmation via email. Please make sure you type your email address correctly. In case you don`t receive a confirmation email from us, please check your trash emails and contact us if necessary.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that any booking cancelled before 24 hours prior to departure time will be refunded.

In case you cancel your order less than 24 hours prior to departure, there will be no refund permitted.

PERSONAL DATA:
We never use your personal information to marketing purposes without your clear permission. We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled solely by us at Nordic Taxi and will not be handed over to any third party or misused in any way.

OTHER:
We are a small and liable family business, and we will make sure you will have top quality service as our client.
